First I want to tell you that I believe that you are a match made in heaven! And even though it hasn't always been easy to mesh your lives together (as we have all found out in our own experience with marriage), I also believe that our Heavenly Father has been the guiding hand that has kept you both on the same road for these past 50 years. He has been merciful and gentle in leading you along to this present place. I have seen you both go to Him for guidance, which is testimony to the fact that He is your glue and He is the One that makes your marriage such a success story.
Second let me say how blessed I am by you both! You have been there for me in so many wonderful ways for the 45 years I have been alive, and I am so thankful for that. You went from being my parents to being my very, very good friends.
Thirdly, the reason I posted this on my blog is that I failed in the greeting card department! I looked and looked for something to come even a little close to what I wanted to say to you but sadly, there was nothing worthy. (not that this "says it all"...but you get my drift!)
Fourthly, I love you both so much. Congratulations on 50 Golden years of marriage.
